We propose a selected bibliography of themes discussed in the IPGen module with the hopes of facilitating access to reflective documents and encouraging interested individuals to consider issues relevant to new technologies.

A few criteria are set to determine the choice of articles, book chapters and monographs included in the selected bibliography. The articles, book chapters or monographs:

• Concern ethical, social and legal questions about the themes that will be addressed;
• Will report on current knowledge about the question;
• Are peer reviewed;
• Have been published since 2000.

For intellectual property considerations, we have included Internet links to these articles and online book chapters and monographs only if permission has been granted previously by the publisher. Finally, we do not provide abstracts for the selected literature.
